How to Pay Your Citation Online
The due date for your payment is listed in the top right hand corner of your violation.
Failure to pay the violation in full may result in late fees or further penalties.

You must have the full citation number and corresponding PIN to access the online portal. Multiple failed login attempts may result in your account being locked. The following error messages you may receive are below along with the steps to follow in order to resolve:
Error message: " Your account has been locked after too many login attempts. Please call 855-252-0086 to unlock your account"
This error means you have input the incorrect citation number/pin combo and have locked the account. You will be unable to view/pay online until the account has been unlocked. This may be resolved by calling into 855-252-0086 as prompted, or you may email info@violationpayment.net with the citation number and it will be unlocked once your message has been reviewed.
Error message: " The citation number and PIN you entered did not match our records. Please double-check and try again."
This error means either the citation number or pin being entered does not match. Your account has not been locked at this time, however too many incorrect attempts can result in your account being locked. Common errors are S/5, 0/O, I/1. Please ensure you are using the correct characters in order to view/pay your citation online. For assistance, please call into 855-252-0086. In order for an agent to supply a new PIN number/citation number you must confirm all CJI information before it can be released.
